Update: Topps Project Print Runs for 5/29 announced:

Here are is the Topps Project 2020 release for 5/29. Mister Cartoon with Don Mattingly, and Fucci with his rendition of the 1990 Topps Frank Thomas.
Click HERE for the artists full galleries. It’s pretty neat to see all of the cards together.
Mister Cartoon’s documentary on Netflix has helped grow his already-popular fan base to the sports card world, and his creations have continued to be pretty rad.
The Mister Cartoon depiction of Mattingly doesn’t reference the 1984 card directly, but that doesn’t take away from the New York references with the subway car and ‘The Hitman” tagged on the side. Yankees colors just fit well with Cartoon’s style, so this one is sure to have a high print run.
Mister Cartoon Cards to Date:
I’ve been a fan of Fucci’s work from the beginning. And it’s only until you see his non-baseball work that you get to learn a little more about his character design, and take more appreciation for his work.
With his Frank Thomas he brings his whimsical style with the homage to the 1990 Topps card. Though I’m interested if anyone will do a ‘No Name’ version of the card.
Fucci Cards to Date:
All cards are available from TOPPS for 48 hours, and there are quantity discounts as well. Please know that shipping times have been drastically delayed, so these two won’t arrive until down the road. Are you grabbing any Topps Project Release cards for 5/29?
