Bowman cards announced that 2013 Bowman Chrome would include another wrapper redemption program. In the past these redemptions have left collectors feel stressed as the all scurry to meet the wrapper demands, timing and fighting with the post office. We’ll see if this goes smoother than they have been in the past.
What you need:
-Cut the UPC code off of a Hobby or Jumbo Box of Bowman Chrome and send to the address below. 1 UPC code will allow you to get one 5-card pack!
-Mail 24 Retail pack wrappers of Bowman Chrome to the address below, 24 packs will get you 1 pack

Topps will only allow 10 packs per household, and while supplies last, regardless if you meet the Sept. 27th deadline. You can’t send in before, so don’t even bother.
It’s definitely a race against time, but since you only need the UPC code on the bottom of the hobby box, case breakers can dump boxes and cut labels first. We’ll see-
What you get:
Each pack will contain five special ‘Blue Wave’ cards, and there are randomly inserted red wave parallels and autographs. The latter two inserts have been known to draw great interest on the secondary market, and anything prospect related is sure to drive sales of these packs separately.
