Panini America’s NASCAR Cards Help Fill the Gap

With NASCAR being one of the only sports showing new events on television right now, people are finding additional ways to scratch that collector’s itch while waiting for some of the other sports to resume.

Brad Keselowski took home the crown at the most recent Charlotte 600, and Twitter was alive with race reactions all the way until the end of the race.

Panini America had already announced an array of NASCAR items at the beginning of the end of 2019 and leading into this year which included Prime Racing and Donruss NASCAR.

And despite one of the only shows in town the prices for these items on the secondary market haven’t quite seem the surge as the effect of, say, Jordan cards did during the Last Dance documentary. At the time of this posting, the Hailie Deegan Autograph #5/99 was the highest selling card at $222.

As the other sports like basketball, baseball and football remain on the back burner, I’ll be curious to see if the need to grab these begin to increase, and thus drive up a little more demand.
