The 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup has come to an end, and the United States was victorious!  I don’t think many people expected the match against Japan was going to be that one sided, but they won, and that’s all that really matters.

As the final match was coming to an end, collectors were scurrying about to try and get their hands on any type of autographs available for the women’s team.  Panini’s Americana release seemed to have the most autos available, but Topps’ Allen & Ginter has some pretty nice looking framed autos. $_57Carli Lloyd was the definite standout of the World Cup and the most deserving winner for the Golden Ball award. She has a few varieties of her Panini Americana auto, and has a great looking framed Allen & Ginter auto as well.

Abby Wambach went into the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup as the leading scorer, but towards the end of the tournament found her minutes shortened to allow some of the younger players more time on the field. She has autos from Panini’s Americana, an on-card autograph from Upper Deck’s Goodwin Champions product and autos from Topps Olympics set as well.  SoloHope Solo has had a bit of an interesting year so far in 2015, but that didn’t stop Solo from having a great performance in the World Cup.  She also has a little more going on in the trading card world as she’s been in the spotlight a bit more than the others.  Her Leaf Legends of Sport card, Panini Americana, 2011 Topps Allen & Ginter and Olympics cards, and a Upper Deck Goodwin Champions auto round out the majority of her top autos.

Other notable autographs:

Megan Rapinoe

Christie Rampone
