It’s fitting with Topps’ increased presence on social media that the inclusion of social media autographed parallels are gaining more and more attention. Sports Card Magazine has already highlighted the fascinating Mark Appel inscriptions, so now it’s time to focus on the other intriguing parallels.
Numbered to only ten copies each, the social media parallels feature the same player’s signature, but also include their Twitter handles. 2013 Bowman featured the social media parallels and based off of hits from the @SHOWYOURHITS account, it doesn’t seem as if a lot of collectors are even aware they exist.

I’m also curious if the players already had Twitter handles, or they had to create an account to participate. (Doesn’t really matter, I guess).
