2013 Panini Cooperstown review

I was a huge fan of 2012 Panini Cooperstown cards.  So much so, I”m still in the process of the completing that set. (Now if I could only complete my comc.com order).  Having been unimpressed with most of the baseball products that have come out of the Panini house this year, Cooperstown is still one of my favorite sets of the year- 2nd to Golden Age.   That”s why I was really excited to see this years” installment. They improved on the design, photography usage and inserts.  I mean you get a Colgans Chip in EVERY pokies online pack.

When you have to be more creative with your photography, using more portrait-style photos is perfect, and with a set featuring the Hall of Famers then you get more involved with the subject matter.  You also get to delve into the history of the hall with each card back, learning when the players were inducted and major career stats.

These are a few highlights from the pack I picked up and scroll to the bottom for the video!
