2012 Topps Tier One Two Box Break- Show Me Your Hits!

I normally don’t open high-end product by the box.  Not because I’m above it, but because I can’t afford it.  This year I wanted to open as much baseball product as I could for the fans of my page to see what the product looks like.  I least that’s how I’m justifying it.

2012 Topps Tier One is a extremely high risk, high reward product that is intended for mostly the thick-skinned, and I wanted to see what it could bring since I passed on it last year. Each box contains ONE pack and each pack contains THREE cards. No base cards in this product.  You’re guaranteed two autograph cards and one relic card with every 4th box containing an extra relic hit.

Topps was pumping out product information to its consumers and highlighting the biggest hits of the product like the 1/1 bat knobs, and acetate rookie reprint cards.  A full checklist can be found at Sports Card Radio’s website.

Here is my two box break of these cards.  SPOILER ALERT: I didn’t get a bat knob card, but I did get something I’ve yet to pull.  Watch and let me know what you think!

  1. Hey, this is Sam from The Daily Dimwit… I was trying to e-mail you back from the comment you left on my blog regarding your Pence collection and general Astros stuff, but couldn’t find an e-mail address… anyways, shoot me an e-mail and we can discuss… and no, the Ryan Archives is definitely not for sale/trade… lol…
